- •2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- •1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- •1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- •1 tsp lemon zest
- •Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them.
