- •2 cups spinach, chopped
- •1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1/4 cup onion, finely diced
- •2 oz cream cheese, softened
- •1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- •1 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tsp dried oregano
- •Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and cook until softened, then add spinach and cook until wilted.

Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, feta, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
