- •4 cups broccoli florets
- •1 red bell pepper, sliced
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp ginger, grated
- •3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- •1 tbsp oyster sauce
- •1 tbsp honey
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •1 tbsp cornstarch
- •1/4 cup water
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.

Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
