Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings: mango, pineapple, coconut flakes

Instructions

    In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

    Stir well to combine, making sure there are no clumps of chia seeds.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

    Before serving, stir again and add more coconut milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
