Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Pat cod fillets dry and place in a baking dish.

    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.

    Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish.

    Pour white wine or broth around the fish.

    Bake for 15-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
