Ingredients

- •2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)

- •1 tbsp ginger, grated
- •2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •1 tsp honey
- •1/4 cup water or chicken broth
- •1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
- •1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and water/broth.
