Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

    Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

    Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and water/broth.

    Pour sauce over the turkey and vegetables, stir to coat evenly.
