Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries and nuts for topping

Instructions

    In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

    Stir well to combine, making sure there are no clumps of chia seeds.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
