Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)
